Couples Workshop

January 28th & February 4th, 2017

The Hold Me Tight Program was developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, founder of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is an empirically tested model based on emerging science of adult love relationships. This program has become a powerfully effective approach for helping both happy and distressed couples develop trust, intimacy, and joy.

• How to repair and forgive old hurts and injuries

• Deepen both emotional and physical intimacy

• Increase emotional connection with your partner

issues and we will do our best to accommodate. Gluten free is available.

Hold Me Tight is an enrichment and education workshop that can help couples strengthen their emotional connection and decrease negative conflict cycles.

 

Spaces fill up quickly as this workshop is limited to 15 couples.
